They don't care about long term customers, been with them 26 years and never made a claim. never was late on any payment. always paid in full. My wife has dementia and put the bill somewhere i didn't see it and was late one time. the agent called and explained i was a good customer. they didn't care and made me pay the late fee. i didn't have time to find another insurance so i paid it. then a couple days ago i get a letter telling me my rates will go up about 250 bucks just on three vehicles. They just lost a long time customer, one that never cost them a dime. Pretty sorry company if you ask me.

Progressive You kiddin right, i see what your true colors are now. After reading all these complaints it might be good ya'll did me wrong. i see ya'll don't pay claims either. but you people need to get your head out of your ***. If i was in position at your company and an agent called me about a good customer and i seen they NEVER made a claim and was always on time and loyal for 26 years, ya know, i woulda said just charge him what he always paid. I hope you realize your little penalty is going to cost you 3500 bucks a year from me as i had three vehicles, two motorcycles and one boat with you. Really a stupid move on your part. bend over in front of a mirror and stick yer insurance in that huge brown hole.

My shooting buddy gave me three more guns to do trigger jobs on one of them a Rock River he just picked up off GB it's a older gun but haven't been fired much but for some reason the whole gun was jammed packed with cosmoline and the gun was barely able to be cycled. Cleaned up and did the trigger work he will be happy trigger is phenomenal now.
My wife asked why he wanted so many of his guns worked on and I told her when most shooters find someone that does their triggers the way they like it's the only one you want doing them I think I'll be making a bunch of money !!
