Took Maggie for the first walk. Nice and quiet, air smells clean, 60 degrees and feels great. Not a soul on the roads, this will change shortly.

The 1st time I smelled mj was after 3 guys that had been puff, puff, passing came into an arcade... to me it smelled like alfalfa was on fire. Typing this on my phone there are 3 prompts to choose from after I typed the word "like" alfalfa wasn't 1 of those words, but "good" was in the middle . I about laughed my cheeks off.

We finally had some rain, but not nearly enough to make up for lost water profile depth. Sandy loam doesn't hold water very well.

I've been here in Central Idaho for 2 years, and still haven't seen one, and I'm working in the trees and brush all the time. We had gazillions of them in North Central Montana though.
