Look into acupuncture, reflexology, acupressure, whatever works for you. Me, I'd be looking for a Vudu witch doctor if I thought it would help!

naproxen, oxycodone, prescription Tylenol 3, were prescribed as well.....

no actual relief from the pain, until the actual operation.

are you scheduled for an operation..???

i had a neurologist perform mine

but an orthopedic surgeon does it too.


i prefer a neurologist myself.

6 weeks away just for a "talk" and no telling how long after that for the facette injections.

I stay in constant pain, but the levels and areas constantly switch. Right now the pain I'm feeling feels like an ice pick stabbing at the base of my skull along with an 18ga needle stabbing me just under my ear on the opposite side

I've tried pretty much everything out the for a cure over 20+ years.
Just got off the fone with the doc from dfw. Next Thursday I'll be able to ACTUALLY have the injections unlike the place in Amarillo.

The only 2 meds I haven't tried (personal reasonings) is morphine and medical weed. I did try the gummies and the liquid roll-on stuff, but no help from either

@Belt Fed will be out for a little while. He messaged me that he hurt his wrist. And then something about working on his transmission.

i was reading PRESSURE therapy may help
like in a decompression chamber for hr
seems squeezing you helps the pain, then when they bring you back to surface pressure it snaps and pops
i would not try it .. pressure drops here make my whole body hurt

Hi

OK, enough goofing off. I played a duo performance this morning, spreading some cheer. I came home to an empty house as Mrs. BassCliff drove down to visit her Mom for a couple of days. I filled up the bird feeders and started goofing off here on the forum. I'm going to take a break from the forum, mow my yard, and work on the bare patches with some new grass seed. Wish me luck. What a PITA. replacing chevy spindle, upper and lower ball joint and tie rod end. Hafta air chisel the upper ball joint off as it's put on with rivets. than gotta press the lower on with a press. Went to tighten it all up and put it back together and the upper ball joint broke. i said what the heck. well maybe not that nice. so i had to take it back off. i quit for the day. my old butt is tired.

Waiting for kids to get out of school. Went to the ffl to have them FAX their copy first me to get my order......well.... they don't fax ir have 1 so I'm in search for another dealer. Meanwhile most of my frankensig parts came in. Waiting for FraudEx to deliver iirc the rest of the parts. The steel frame and brass grips/backstraps are heavy. I'll weigh individually for comparison to aluminum weight. Pics coming later
