Yes they do but.... too many bleeding hearts here. It really is sickening. When my neighbor, a police LT. told me not to go out walking Maggie in hours of darkness I just couldn't believe it. He told me kids roaming the streets at night can be violent. What is wrong with these parents. This used to be a very safe place.
