What are you doing right now??

Hi,

Watched it last night a good shoot-um-up movie. With the bulk of the shooting on full auto a guy/gal would need 20-30 mags just to stay in the fight.
And lots of shootin'!

Ha! Even Mrs. BassCliff noticed and asked, "When are they gonna change magazines?" :ROFLMAO: I give the movie lots of fun units, but not many on authenticity. ;)

Watching "The Lincoln Lawyer" was also fun, like touring through the old neighborhood.

Today I'm thinking about a quick trip to the range for some .45 practice. For those of you still punching a clock, enjoy your short week.

Thank you for your indulgence,

BassCliff

Reasons to buy a new O/U or SxS ----> Went on the website to buy some Lynyrd Skynyrd tix last night. Tix were selling as high as $2800! Are you freaking kidding me? I've seen all the old bands back in the good ole days for $20-60. And now you can't even bring anything (water) in with you, even limited to a certain towel size to sit on the lawn. K, got that out of me, I'll go clean some guns.

Mrs. BassCliff and I have been trying to see some of the old school musical icons from our youth, before they pass, and before we pass. :p We've seen Peter Frampton, Ringo Star, Steve Miller, The Who ("The Two"), The Eagles (what's left of them), and James Taylor over the last few years.

Lynyrd Skynyrd is not much more than a tribute band these days. The last original member (guitarist, Rossington?) died a few years ago and Ronnie Van Zant's brother, Johnny, tours with the group now. So, yeah, those ticket prices are outrageous. I would encourage you to support good, local musicians in your area. We need all the help we can get.

Thank you for your indulgence,

BassCliff
