Just had a wall of dirt and garbage hit us. Winds were over 70 mph! A few roofs have been blown off. I am sure trees have been knocked over but still no rain. Real wacky weather.

if there's something that helps you stay regular, then double or triple the intake daily if needed. for some coffee is the ticket. try miralax as it's not rough on the stomach.

I have prescribed laxative made for opiate induced constipation. I need to start taking g it daily as I'm supposed to do. I will heed your advice and do that.

I had that done back in 2024 due to a cancer mass, thoughts and prayers sent....

Thanks, her is from kidney stones one got stuck in the tube that runs from the kidney to the bladder and totally blocked it off and the kidney died from it so they had to remove it. She will be here at least until Friday and so will I.
