Hey gang,
Well, it's been a pretty good day and it will get better. Since it's near 100 degrees and 50% humidity, I've been doing inside chores. I started with my daily exercise routine while watching The Rifleman and The Lone Ranger.

Yes, my exercise machine is located in my basement laser range.After coffee I vacuumed the entire house. Then I walked out to the mailbox. Dang! It's HOT! Mrs. BassCliff will return from her Pilates class soon with supper. Then she is taking me to see a local production of Spamalot. That should be fun.

The VZ square butt grips for my 686 arrived today. Maybe later I'll try them on. I think the Buscadero drop holster and cartridge belt will be here Monday. Now I gotta find a hat.
Mrs. BassCliff is picking up Jersey Mike's sandwiches for supper. She asked me what I want. I told her, "I'll take a giant #2."I hope you all have a good evening. See ya later.

I'm going to go meet my daughter at an automotive repair shop that specializes in A/C repair. Her car A/C has not worked in over a year, and she could not afford repairs. She never mentioned this to me. I told her I would pay to get it fixed, and we would work out some kind of repayment deal. She is very proud and never asked for help. I found all this out from my son. Anyway, I won't make her pay me back. I'll have her do some yard work around here a couple of times and call it good. South Texas is no place to be in the summer, driving a car in the city without A/C. If they need to keep her car for a over a day, I'll let my daughter use our "extra" vehicle, the "Hoopty". No way will I let her use my Planet Killer!
