Had the first cup of coffee and went for walk with Maggie. Will be at work early to make sure i am there when glass company comes to replace a customers windshield. Supposed to be cooler today but still in high 90's. One more day then a day off! At least it will be a short day tomorrow.
 
just got back from the bank...i had a wonderful experience.

i went to a different branch, than my ordinary one....road construction made me do it.


at my branch, they have that rope maze you must go thru, unless no one is there, then you just go up to the open teller.

at this other branch, they DO NOT have that maze, you just stand in the lobby, and wait...and by coincidence, a buddy from the club, came in just behind me, and were were chatting it up, waiting for our turns, cuz WE WERE THERE FIRST

but wait......there were only 2 tellers.

i was "there first", my buddy came in just behind me......as i said.

then some beech walks in, and "decides" to stand ready to approach the teller

like WTF, i am thinking, "no way is that beech gonna cut me while i WAS FIRST and waiting

i like politely said to that beech...

"uh, the line is BEHIND ME"..

when the teller was ready for the next customer, that no good beech, extended her hand/arm out, letting me know, i was next...very nice of her frankly.

my buddy who i was talking with, came out after me, laughing his head off...

he said he heard her say....to the teller, "that man was so rude to me".....

like WTF, she thought she was going to cut the imaginary line...???

the noive of such beeches.......or even bastoidavitches......

which is why the wife and i cannot easily "move away" to another state, preferably a red state......no family there.

mom called us last night, i had gone to bed, so she called my wife around 11pm, freaked her out thought mom had fallen or something
we totally forgot about the eclipse
mind elsewhere i guess


and checking bill pay to make sure its all good for tuesday,
paid boat insurance, looking at bulk ammo he has 308 on sale... not that they are excellent prices... but they are down considerably
tuesday the new couch arrives... yippppppeeee it has speakers in the head rest so i can hear the tv finally :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
 
Double checking my loadout for a pistol class with the folks from TacticalHyve tomorrow morning. Looking forward to getting my EDC X9 filthy and savoring burnt powder smoke in the air. I had to cancel out on a class from Chuck Pressburg earlier in the year due to food poisoning so I'm really looking forward to this!
 
Took a fast trip across the street with 100 rounds of suppressed 22. took the carbon fiber breakdown Ruger. used the rest to make sure it was still sighted in and then freehanded at the spinner for the rest of the ammo. i also used a dead air mask suppressor which i took off before the gun pic was taken
