Took another 22 across the street, this Tippman arms 22 is a blast to shoot and the loader makes it easy. again used a rest to make sure it was sighted in and it was. then i throwed the rest in the back of the truck and freehanded it and killed the steel many times.

Just make sure the inspector really inspects. Oldest bought a house several years ago and the inspector “conveniently” missed a lot of stuff that needed repair. Paid by the seller, of course.
But very handy with a knife!
You mean the social workers and therapists(SWAT) didn’t calm him down. Thought that was supposed to be easy for them.

Yeah good advice. My son hired the inspector. He wanted a nit picking prick. I was in the inspectors hip pocket all day. The house has warts but we plan to remodel
