I was raised on a dairy farm. One thing you learned very quickly was never yawn while standing behind a cow when milking it. Let's just say cow poop can splatter and fly a good height and distance.

Much more worse than dirt.

the wife just took our nearly 2 year old poinsettia, and placed it into a tiny closet.

this will be the first time, since we got it in Nov of 24, that we are going to try and see if it will make the change from green leaves to red, and then bloom the flowers.

she read it with me, that more then 12 hours of darkness, in this case 3 pm until about 8 or 9 am, is ok to do, to start and keep the leaf color change maintained for at least up to 10 weeks.

live on farm and later ranch, you did not stand behind any farm creature. The poop is bad but not as bad as the kicks, cattle, horses etc. You walked the feed rows, not the poops rows.

It's kind of hard not getting up close and personal when milking a cow. Don't be wearing your best Sunday go to meeting clothes when milking cows.

I'm still out of town so I called the mrs's. I told her I'm about to empty out a gallon of tea so I can pee as someone's in the bathroom. She said that's where she's headed slso (bathroom) when I called as she just rolled up her sleeves. I got too thinking, how bad is it when you need to roll up your sleeves to go to the bathroom........ glad I'm not at home for this. Must be getting deep
