Just jot back from getting Esperanza’s ashes from the vet. Very sad day for me. She was “my” dog for 11 years and never let me down. 20 pounds of toughness and strength. A mutt, but MY mutt. Godwillong we will meet again!!!

The posse shot our weekly drills this morning. We shot the LEOSA course in reverse order, the carjacker drill, and finished up with 4 stages of El Presidente. Trained a newbie on the red dot, breaking 40 years of habit is hard. A succesful range session then off to a country diner for lunch. Life is pretty darn good, but dang it is HOT out there
