Hi,

Did you guys get a gander at the harvest moon? It's beautiful. I took Mrs. BassCliff out for a movie and supper. We saw "Daniel and the Firey Furnace" followed by a fine Greek meal. Now we'll enjoy some frozen custard while streaming one of our favorite fictional narritives. Enjoy your blessings!

It was jessica. Just goes to show a payday can overcome hard feelings. In that time period I was friends with Sam. I can tell some stories about that guy. I was shocked that it was a car wreck that killed him and not something or someone else. Funnier story was I had a job at this place in San Bernardino, CA and one day a rather attractive female sales rep pulled in driving one of Sam's Corvettes. This was after he died. I introduced myself and asked her how she ended up with a Samvette. She gave me the back story and it sounded legit. Then I saw her daughter (probably 8 or so) and that little girl was the picture perfect image of Sam! 🤯
 
Started out building the 6.8 rifle, got the dust cover installed, and the foward assist installed. put the barrel in and guess what. the aero handguard has no barrel nut or screws and they are proprietary. so back it goes to the gun shop tomorrow.
 
some sort of "wire" on the sidewalk in front of my house..

i dunno, we got power, and cable, so it ain't for my house....

maybe in a bit, i'll go out side and touch it...!!!!!!!

i'm feeling brave right now...........but i just woke up, yes, just minutes ago, and i think i'll take a nap first, before i go out and do that.

anyway, still rainy, windy here, but we may have "missed" the major brunt of this storm...but the rain, it just does not stop, and yet thankfully, its only been of a "light rain", no heavy downpours.

i wish the Mojave would come here....


well i went outside, to check on any damages to my yard and house, thankfully none so far, but i had to do it...i just had to do it...

here is a pic of that wire on my sidewalk..i don't know who's truck that is..

so...yeah....i just had to try and pick up that wire.......now, i am ok, but the wife had to take this next pic, as i could not hold the camera still, after picking up that wire....
