he actually uses less than me! i make everything swim whether it be dressing, bbq sauce, steak sauce, salsa, spaghetti sauce or gravy.....................grease it up and let it slide down!Is there actually any lettuce under all that salad frosting?

going thru emails just to get po'd at optics planet AGAIN! i select "in stock" when browsing for firearm parts and before placing the order it'll state in or out of stock at checkout although it does state in stock when placing item(s) in cart. half my order is backordered 
. sent them an email stating so. i'm gunna start taking pics of it for proof as last order went fine.......well the 1 before this 1 anyways...............bcg's are difficult to find to keep ahead of bassbob

I’ve been dealing with sciatica and my Dr just wants to prescribe muscle relaxers. What type of injection and how often do you have to get?

Western medicine Doctors seem to know nothing about Eastern practices and are afraid to recognize or recommend such.
I used reflexology to stop this stuff and it has been nearly 30 years ago and never had a problem with sciatica since. Western Doctors are trained in writing prescriptions and cutting, most of the time they don't even know what a Doctor of Osteopathic is or can do.
I got more help from the local gung fu Master for the stroke issues than the rehab doctor... Just my opinion, yours may differ
