well, got to the doctors office early..that's a plus for me......as a former trucker, i was never late, as i would see the consequences of a driver arriving late.

it was always ugly.

but i still had to wait, a whopping 45 minutes PAST my appointment time......

bit it is a huge office, with lots of patients, waiting for a PA, or NP, and if anyone has issues, they have to be taken care of.

i get that

anyway, 3rd shot done, now i go back in 3 months for the follow up visit.

this time too, i bled out from the puncture wound........

and about nearly 2.5 to 3 ounces of fluid drained out

i can only imagine the amount of fluid to be drained out in 3 months......

but to be honest, i do get to see the sports doctor in 2 weeks, he will drain and give me the steroid shot to cut down on the inflammation.

then maybe another month after that, and so on and so forth.

Just received a 24lb full brisket from Sam's Club. Ordered this online/delivered had no idea it would be this big. Oh well have a lot of Mesquite Pellets.

Went to the weed store to get some gummies to try. Went in and said hi to the clerk and he replied the same......I said what I was looking for and his reply sounded like alien as in a different universe language......I had no clue wth he was talking about......finally got him to talk in American for me to understand. Bought 1 big gummy to try about the size of a silver dollar. If i sleep good tonight I know it worked?
