What are you doing right now??

I early voted on Saturday. Might be a losing battle in my state. Just had the first cup and feeding the puppy. Her new trick is that she has to sleep with me all night! I don't know if that's good or bad but it keeps her quiet. I take her out about every 3 hours and the is getting the idea. Hopefully she will be trained soon and life can go back to normal.
you are her new "mommy", that she misses.......(don't we all know that feeling....???)

congratulations......"Mommy".....

see's showing her love...and i feel too, that YOU will NOT be able to sleep, unless she is there...!!!!!

well...that was FAST..!!!!!!

polling place is at a section 8 housing apartment building like 4 minute drive from our house.

we got there, i got a great parking spot in the street,

waited like less than 8 minutes for the door to open.

were first in line

voted, and ALSO congratulated the assistant poll worker to the "main in charge" worker for thier outstanding work...

why...??

cuz in the past many elections, the dumbfook(s) that were in charge...?????

1) NEVER opened the door ON TIME...!!

2) all the poll workers inside were NEVER READY...!!

3) there were NEVER ANY organized forms, ways of checking ID's at the ready...

my wife and i were very impressed with the ladies that actually DID DO A GREAT job at the polling place, and we wished them a return visit the next election time...

now...??

i am having a bowl of oatmeal.....and MORE coffee.....!!!!!!!!!

Up with coffee and breakfast. Granddaughter school transport day. Cleared another downed tree yesterday, perhaps another today, after performing my patriotic civic duty. In the midst of all that trying to finish wood countertops for my daughter's media room cabinets. It is good to have things to occupy my days

awaiting election returns and watching the markets.
here the polls close at 8PM

at or about 7:45 PM, "some" news channels start their predictions.

many years ago, i fully recall nearly ALL the local channels started reporting the results.

however, the parties biotched that, in doing so, swayed the voters towards the leader, and perhaps not the candidate they wanted to vote for.

so here, that got changed, as to not "sway" later voters.

Ugliest gun in the world, also Kel tek is brain dead when it comes to disassembly. NOWHERE and i mean NOWHERE does it tell you how to take this ugly bastard apart. the book tells you on the 2000 but this one is a whole different animal. i even found some dude wanting to charge 7 bucks to show you how. lol so after shooting it, by the way i named this thing Thumper. it has quite a thump. not painful but rattles yer brains. which luckily i don't have any. after 50 rounds yer ready to bounce it off a tree

Anyway i sit down and figured it out and thought i should charge people 5 bucks and put that other ***-hat out of business. bolt weighs a ton. not hard once you know how. if any of you want to know how i will only charge ya'll 3 bucks. 😁

The drum will not work with these.

Bergara 7mm PRC. Bought used and been fired only 5 times. came with three full boxes of ammo and one with 15. Vortex Venom 5x25x56 and sling and bipod. The club finally had a range day and they wasn't going to but i made them keep their promise. anyway i made 7 shots and the scope fell off. lol it still managed to keep them in a 4 inch circle at 150 yards. so i too it to the gun shop i bought it at and wrong rail on it. they ordered me another. should be here this week sometime.
