Oculus 22 from rugged. It’s like shooting a BB gun, so much fun!I might have purchased a Taurus TX22 so my wife can practice at the range.

It's a decent price if it's in good condition. They go new for about $500. I think I'd try to get him down to $300.I'm thinking about getting this Remington 870 tactical. Can get it with some extra ammo for 350. Worth it ? I know it's a little scary Belt Fed.
That's what I was thinking but was also wondering about the top folding stock. I think it's the metal original one which brings more money from what I've seen. Pretty sure it's unfired. Those stocks were pretty standard on the Police Magnums back in the day, but that’s not what you have. I don’t know if this gun came from the factory like that or not. I also don’t know anything about the functionality of it because I’ve never fired one. I’m betting @HayesGreener knows all about them though. That's what I was thinking but was also wondering about the top folding stock. A lot of agencies bought those folding stock guns from Remington in the 70's and 80's. They were not popular with a lot of us because they were hard to shoot accurately with the stock folded and uncomfortable to shoot extended. You had to work at it to get proficient with it. It was standard kit for my agency on protection details in the 70's. I thought it was most useful as a weapon for countering a close ambush or kidnapping attempt from inside a vehicle. I even carried one under a top coat during a major protection detail in NYC. At my PD our breacher on SWAT used one. A lot of guys thought they were pretty cool until they qualified with it. I suspected that stock was less than comfortable. I’ve had several stocks on “Tactical” shotguns. At this point my favorite hands down is the SGA.A lot of agencies bought those folding stock guns from Remington in the 70's and 80's.
