What have you bought firearms related in the last 48 hours?

p220 legion uses rx=pro footprint. i believe the "R2" is supposed to be this newer footprint unlike the older p220's. here's the link from sig

the p220 in 10mm i just got in today (technically yesterday) has the "pro" footprint and the p220 in 45acpsa/da that'll be here today is listed as the same.

and here's the compatibility sig optics

Unable to determine if it will be a direct mount on P220 Legion, may need an adapter plate, hope not.
as far as direct mounting (i don't own the optic you are inquiring about), but whether it has dots/tabs/studs/post on the bottom of the optic they should fit into those places on/in the slide. the dpp i have doesn't, but the screw holes lineup/align as best i can tell/see w/o installing screws. i forgot to get the trijicon rmr hd from the po box as it is supposed too be a direct install on the slide. rmr and rx/pro uses the same footprint from what i've found. the internet has been wrong before 🤷‍♂️

The dpp is a direct mount

Didn't mean to confuse use. It looks like you're right 226 & 220 have the same Pro footprint. Have 8 pistols with dot optics most with Holosun EPS's. Encountered problems with either filler/adapter plates and correct screws. Thanks for your input.
i haven't checked across ALL legions as the 320 doesn't seem to be the same as the 226 and 220? going into the "custom build" section for the 320 and 365 depending on what you select for a slide changes what optics from sig are a direct mount that doesn't require an adapter.

If it comes back through Austin, I'll drive to UPS to grab it for you and even take it to the range to test it for you first. :)
