What have you bought firearms related in the last 48 hours?

Can you say fun? I thought you could. Got a Romeo5 on the way for my S&W M&P 15-22 in ODG Topo.

Well the blonde, redhead and bluenette showed up today and I took the bluenette home with me ;) . 3 at a time is too much to handle at my age, so I'll go back for the redhead next week. All 3 cases are unbelievable as the texture and the combination locks are very nice. The cases alone were probably the extra cost of $100-150. Well maybe not that much, but WOW what an unbelievable job from Beretta!

i came very close to joining the Marines, but couldn't take their word on where i'd be assigned...........motor pool is where i was aiming.............instead i went to a tech school.................Marines would've been the better choice as boot camp would've at Camp Pendleton and no idea where i would be stationed? this was back in '84. i can handle the west coast humidity, but the east coast kills me. 10 days at Ft. A.P. Hill in august was a never stopped sweating time for me. all in all it was still a great time there. Texas boys showing up the rest of the country was fun! in 3 different events we finished 1st in all 3............forgot my troop # as it was all small town kids i was a part of. i can only remember 2 of the 3 (tug-of-war & flag pole building). it had to be a minimum height consisting of twine and twigs/sticks and stand for a certain amount of time.............easy peasy!

I was the only Curtner that didn't join the Marines. Did 5yrs Army & 4yrs Air Force. Thought about the Navy but figured I could walk further than I could swim.
