Just picked up my Smith & Wesson M&P FPC 22LR from my LGS. The suppresser I have for it is in route to that same LGS now. It is a SilencerCO Switchback 22 2.0. I should be able to pick that up any day now. For now, I'm pulling one of my Holosun HE510 GR Green Dot optics off a rifle to temporarily mount on this new gun, until I can order another one to permanently put on it. For those that don't know, I'm a Holosun fan boy. I also picked up some different CCI .22 ammo, some of it sub-sonic. But I have found out that CCI Standard .22 is already very quiet out of my .22 pistol with my Sparrow suppresser. I'll shoot a few rounds out of the new gun out my back door tomorrow morning, just to see how quiet it is with my Sparrow suppresser, until my other suppresser comes in.

i just now placed an order for 500...45 ACP 230 grain copper coated bullets.

i have maybe about 300 to 400 in stock now, so i will be good for reloaded next week when they arrive.

not only that, but a box of 1,000 (that i usually order) , of 45 ACP in 230 grain, will kill the delivery driver...damned things weigh like nearly 30 frickin pounds.....

then i gotta carry them down to the basement.......they can kill me too....!!!!!!

32.85 pounds plus the packaging, so 34 pounds or so. Just to add a little more for your toting pleasure. :) So only about 17 pounds to tote for 500. Kind of like that first plate we all make at the all you can eat buffet.

bad knee, back pains,...older than God, and of course.......arthritis.......

i have a range bag...(for instance) empty, it weighs in at about 10-12 pounds

guns, ammo, and other assorted range items, brings it to about 25-30 pound range, for guns less than a 45 caliber

now, me taking a 1911 or any other 45 that i own, the damned ammo weighs more than the 1911 does.

so near total weight of that bag can reach nearly 35-40 lbs.

and no, a 2 wheeled cart would have to be going step by step up and down those stairs......

if i ever think about it, i will weigh the bag empty, on a kitchen scale, then fully loaded on the bathroom scale.....

if...i ever...think.......about it.

just think the weight a cement cinder block, god only knows how many of those i "toted" around over my life

30 to 40 lbs........
