What have you bought firearms related in the last 48 hours?

Nice! Pinned or new?

New, they were special orders back in the day. I know of only two built and delivered in 74, but they were built on model 58 frames.

Springfield Armory 1911 Mil-Spec Government in stainless.

Hopefully be here early next week. Fingers crossed it is as nice as they say it is.

Meant to say, this is used. That is why I said, “Fingers crossed…”

Wow, you could trade that for 240 gallons of gas!

Trust me, you will love it, mine is flawless

Springfield makes great weapons. My buddy bought the MILSPEC blued version a long time ago that had the "US" on the wood grips and still shoots it. It was a little over $400 new then.

[UC_Guy 1971]

350 rounds of .45ACP. Mixed lot, only 75 rounds of defensive (Speer Gold Dot).

Went to lunch with my wife at the nearest large towns library. They had a cart selling old books for 1/2 off. Spied this casually walking by. Had to buy it.

Nice. I like vintage man-cave books. When was that dated?
