What John Wick gun?

Sld1959

John Wick movies are one of the best gun movies series with tons of cool firearms. What firearm in the series piqued your interest most. Some cool handguns, rifles snd shotguns were used to be sure, but for me the cool factor of this one pushed all the right buttons. It was followed closely by a non gun, the Ultratech knives used.

That is a secsay gun! I think the first one for me is p30L and combat master. Almost bought a combat master but a knot in my stomach stopped me from speaking

The guns and gun handling in the JW movies are real. Does that equate to these being the right guns for you ? Not if HK and Glock handguns and Benelli shotguns aren’t the right guns for you.
I was just messing with y’all. I know a lot of folks wax eloquent about the Wick stuff (my son included). I quit watching “action” movies a long time ago. Way to much impossible stuff in most of them.

Oh but they are sooo right for me.

After the shortage of early 2013 and there was nothing on the shelves but .40 cal, I decided to get something in that caliber. It took me almost a year, but in early 2014 while looking a the guns at Scheels I discovered a H&K P30L. I had no idea it was the gun that was used by Keeanu Reeves in his John Wick movies (though he uses a 9mm). The gun fit in my hand nicely which is what some people think of first when purchasing a new handgun. Next I saw that it was an H&K and I knew that they had a good reputation in good quality guns. The slide was ez to rack, unlike other firearms I owned, so I bought it, disassembled and cleaned it up, (mind you now, I don't believe any gun should be fired straight out of the box, even if it is new). After putting it back together, I went out to the desert, set up my home made targets and had a great time shooting with it. I highly recommend it!
