Whats your GRAIL Gun?

I got a few that Im pretty sure Ill never own; but Im still hoping to find: First at the top of my list is a Beretta 93R Machine Pistol. It loosely based on the Beretta 92, but with some internal and external changes. Its got a 3 shot burst option. The triggerguard is enlarged so your support thumb can loop inside while youre holding the fold down front grip. It can also use a detachable shoulder stock. Its small enough that it can still be holster carried.

Next Id love a Bren Ten and a Testerarossa but thats another story

...and if I ever find a 4 Bore Double rifle with hammers and a under lever, Im headed back to Afrika for Rhino

. A 4 bore makes my 470 look like a varmint round. Even 577NE is small next to 4 Bore.

There are other guns I want that I might get before they shovel dirt on top of me. Id like a Luftwaffe Drilling or maybe a modern Drilling in 12x12 over 9.3x74R

I have 2 grails that I already own:

M1-30 Cal (Garand)

MP5. (I have a braced SP5...close enough)

Now the main one on my target list is a Benelli M4 with the tactical stock. Not sold retail. Seen on gunbroker. LGS has the full-stock in stock now....waiting to find the tac-stock. Then I can pass....

P7Pro is making NEW P7s. Staring price is $2500. I just dont understand that. Im betting they dont sell 1000 guns. I know there are costs involved with back engineering the gun and I do expect the owner to make $$$;l but heck Id buy 2 if they were $1500 maybe 3 if they were under $1000. I know hes selling to HK fanboyz who dont seem upset paying crazy money for guns that are no better than other quality guns simply because they say HK on the side; but I just dont get the business plan. Selling 10,000 pistols has got to be better than selling one tenth of that

S&W 4006.

I wanted one for Years Every time I found one I didn't have the money every time I had the money I couldn't find one.

I went to a range day with the security team from my church it might even been the first time I went.

The guy in the land next to me had one. I mentioned that I had wanted one for the longest and never been able to find one and went on with my day.

The next day he walked up to me after church and told me he was selling his and he wanted to offer it to me first. Then he told me he wanted to make sure I was going to get a good deal. He offered it to me for Two hundred bucks.

Obviously I bought it.

And I found out it was just another gun.

1st Model .44 Hand Ejector ( Tripple Lock ).

Once upon a time , the closest I'll ever come was an Early ( commercial Blue and Checkered Walnut) Canadian Contract 1st Model , with correct 1920's conversion to .45 Colt , in G to VG condition . The price was good for what it was . But at that point of life , couldn't swing it at the time .
