Hello everyone. I am looking for a extended mag well for my XDM compact in 9mm. Before you tell me they have a kit for that I have already looked at that and already have a flared mag well on my XDM What I am looking for is one that fits my hand better in that it let's me get the 3 fingers of my right hand fully on the grip. The flared mag well that came with the XDM is too "short" and does not allow me to get a good grip, see included picture. Does anyone make a longer mag well that will allow me to get a full grip with all my fingers on the grip without the mag well in the way of my little finger? (see included picture) Does anyone make 3D printed custom mag wells that I can work with to make a longer mag well? I love Springfield firearms and own several and I am not hating on Springfield in any way. As I have become a more experienced shooter I am finding what works and doesn't work for me and want to customize my firearm to better suite me. My XDM compact is one of my carry pistols and just want to make it a better overall firearm. Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your input.

Take the magwell off. By removing it completely you'll get a better grip on the magazine extension. The extended mag will work with the proper extended backstrap at the expense of conceal ability.
On my XDM-Elite I removed the mag well on both the 45/10 platforms. On my XDM I bought a Pearce magazine extension bottom that extended just enough for the pinky.
