XDM Elite 3.8” Compact holster

Do holsters that fit a XDM also fit a XDM Elite 3.8” Compact? I‘m looking at a Safariland ALS and they show XDM 3.8” 9mm, it does not say Elite. I’m still learning about all the variants to the XD line and apparently they don’t make a XDM 3.8”, only the Elite version.

Most will, yes. The only exception is if the slide grooves on the front/back are really formed into the holster. But most aren’t as it’s not proper holster design. A few have it on the outside for looks but the inside is smooth like it should be in those areas.
