Probably not special, but it should have the same frame/slide as the regular xdm in the same length? As for sight height some may not(suppressor sights) have the added room?

Depending on which model you have holsters made for the XDm will work fine.

I have one comming in from Sindri Tactical for my 4.5 OSP, I was able to order it to work with the threaded barrel, suppressor height sights, surefire x300 and relief cut for the Hex Dragonfly red dot.
