We didn't get to the gun show as early as I would have liked, but I am perpetually tired most of the time and I enjoy sleeping past 3AM when I can, and sleeping past six on a day off is also a boon. Anyway, I may have mentioned in my last thread here that I am doomed
There's a gun show coming to Fargo next weekend. I'm doomed

Didn't know I was having a premonition. Well, I had absolutely no intention of buying anything this year. We looked at lots of long guns, but didn't see anything in the way of a shotgun that we wanted. And...most of the guys would look straight through me and only speak with the husband.
Whatever...
So we wandered our way into another classroom area with more vendors...handguns. Yes. I have a problem apparently. So, like I said, I had no intention of buying anything. I did look and one of the new Smith & Wesson ported 9s, but they didn't have a Shield X. I just wanted to get a feel of one. We wandered around the tables and...a vendor from Bismarck had a couple of CC9s. He had one with an optic installed and one without. I only wanted to get a feel of it in my hand. Well, it was magical and yes, it followed me home
. Heck, the guy gave me an extra $20 off the $70 discounted price they were giving on handguns. The husband just smiled, rolled his eyes, and went to look at more long guns.
Long story short...I'm not allowed to bring my wallet with me next year
