Tom Sullivan, Colorado's leading gun grabber, who has vowed to introduce new laws "each year, year after year," is behind it. State Senator Sullivan lost his son Alex to the mentality ill Aurora movie theater psychopath in 2012.

So he blames inanimate objects instead of a failed mental health system and an individual who should have been in an institution….makes sense
