Yet Another State Falling to the (D) Mob

It appears Virginia is quickly becoming California East relative to the Second Amendment and the rights of American citizens. The march goes on for the Democrat Party to disarm the populace in their efforts to seize absolute power and control. It will never cease to amaze me how blind American voters are to what the Democrats are doing to this Country.

many have been "blinded" by the ever going lies, and deceit, and rhetoric, of that party not only for years, but for generations.

i foresee, some sort of revolution in the future.....i may be dead by then, but my survivors will have to get things done.

I'm afraid this is the attitude of too many Americans today. I guess we'll see?

people are so sick and tired of the "gun violence", they want it to stop...however, the party is not stopping the real issues, like gangs, and criminals that are the violent ones with the weapons..instead of enacting laws for stiffer jail time, even the death penalty, the laws on the books are lacking any real bite...

mental health issues and no place to lock up those people too will always be an issue.."safer to let them roam the streets" as long as they are on the meds......but how many stay on those meds..??

lock them up too.

issues that create the problems need to be taken care of, not disarming law abiding citizens.
we NEED our weapons, to "PROTECT" ourselves from all of them.

Not that we’ll ever the the actual stats, but it would be interesting to see how blue states released folks arrested on gun charges (illegal possession of a firearm specifically, or possession during another offense, etc. - you know, the ones the left calls “non-violent”) via their “cash free” bail systems, just since the beginning of 2026. Though I’m sure it’s much higher in the summer.

Im not sure I fully agree with that. I think its more, people dont know whats going on, and its easier to swat at guns then (as you say) fix the root causes. For the most part the ones being killed arent known to the voters; BUT the media and leftist politicians cry about another death. Then theres the Northern Va crowd (that dominates the policies) who have been raised to hate gun owners because they are republicans

As someone above mentioned, maybe it’s the messaging. Is “gun” violence really gun violence…or is it actual “mental” violence? Incidents around the globe have repeatedly demonstrated those with the “will” to kill will always find a way to kill. Again, “mental”?

I have been "feeling" this for a long time now. Everything we do (in my home) takes into consideration that "what if" scenario. I thought for a while that it was just me, but the husband came home last night and this topic actually came up. It is truly sad, IMHO, that we are thinking this way but I have complete trust in my intuition.

While a lot of great information, there is still an awful lot of troubling anti-2A writing in those update bullets (minus the ones that were withdrawn - which I suspect were withdrawn to make them even more draconian). I’d have to go do a manual count to determine how many counts of Class 1 Misdemeanors I’d be guilty of effective July 1st. Thankfully, I live in a FREE State (Texas).

Well to actually stop it you’d need to actually “Do” something, you know, like punishing the criminals. Much much easier to blame mere objects and demonize them (‘cause, you know, the thugs have had a bad life). Besides once you manage to disarm the populace it’s a whole lot easier to establish your dictatorship that when folks actually have thee means to resist…

if more people watched "the real news", instead or main stream media, i'd be a betting man, they'd know more of what's going on, rather than Mama Parker baking her special lemon cake.

people "claim" they watch the news, but in the end, what are they really watching.,...??

fact.....or fiction...???

funny how one party, nearly everyday, calls our current President a dictator.....isn't it...????
