yeah, i can afford it...but i am limited to 10 rounds..

but then too, it'll be a much wider grip, so its a no go for me.

much like my Beretta FS...good gun, but the grip is wider than any other 9mm that i have, even with narrow(er) grip pads, it is still a wee bit wider.

so an "ordinary single stack ANY 45 ACP gun" works best for me

I’ll pass. If you want a double stack 45 with more than 10 rounds hard to beat the HK USP, Glock, FN 545 or FNX I believe the Fn 545 has about the most ergonomic grip of all of them!

The Kimber 2K11 Target in .45 acp is a great option as well, although a bit expensive.

I think it's great that we have all these options to choose from but for me I'll stick with the plain Jane ol' slabsides. After half a century with the old girl and no regrets I can't see myself being lead away by the newest flavor of the month. That's just me but it's nice to have choices isn't it?
