I'm laying here on the couch falling asleep to an AI gun video on the Top Ten PCCs and a still pic shows up in their presentation -

"Holy sh*t! Those m*ther f*ck*rs lifted my pic my gun!!!!! Not sure whether to be flattered or pissed. (It is a sweet firearm)

The second you publish any kind of original content (novel, video, photo) anywhere, and can verify said publishing you are copyrighted. Always keep the original somewhere safe. Legally you cannot lift anything from the internet without the original content producer’s permission. Do not confuse copyright with trademark.
 
I don't try/can't take pretty pictures of anything so i don't look to put a trademark or whatever it's called in/on my pictures and now with all these computers being programmed to "steal" everything they can, i might look into adding things when i take a picture and i post it in the interwebs...
