If I went on any firearm forums, social media, YouTube video, firearm training class or competition shooting and explicitly pointed my loaded firearm at my crotch or leg while keeping my finger far from the trigger guard, I'd instantly would be called all kinds of stupid and idiot, would be lectured to death, and in the case of a gun range, training classes or competition I'd be extremely embarrassed and talked about while I did the walk of shame as I was leaving after being kicked out or DQ'd. The same would happen even if I had the slide locked back or the cylinder open while I pointed a gun at anyone including myself. Tell me I'm lying, or that wouldn't happen.
Now, anyway you want to slice or rationalize it, do the same exact thing while AIWB carrying, and all of a sudden it's okay, safe, and makes sense?
