I had the opportunity to go to the range..... alone. It was glorious, and a lot of fun. I took the time to whip out my duty AR. This is a Rock River Arms, a RRAGE carbine, LAR-15. So a basic AR-15 rifle. The only thing I have done to it is swap out the pistol grip and collapsible stock for Magpul furniture, added a Vortex 1-6x LPVO, tacti-cool sling and a Defentec weapon light. There is also some backup sights that I sighted in a few years ago, so.... I'm not touching them unless the scope fails. Horribly. Still it was a good day at the range.

Nothing fancy

50 yards first... only because I don't like walking so much.

First shot after moving to 100 yards. The only reason I took one picture is because I couldn't see it through the scope.

Apparently I got a little too excited but didn't want to jinx anything and just called it good.​
