Are they a ham-and-egg operation? They are totally unresponsive to customer service emails. Been trying to get my account unlocked, have sent them several requests over the past couple of weeks, no joy.

When I went to make a purchase it was rejected, "This account is locked due to its being associated with another account. Please contact customer service."
So, I have been trying to get in touch with CS and never getting any replies. They're certainly not having any trouble getting their advertising into my inbox.

I had the same issue but they replied quickly. Keep bugging them.
