Lot of unhappy EV owners in wintertime. batteries wont hold their charge and have to be warm to fulfill a recharge.
One owner had to have the vehicle towed from airport parking lot to charging station, and it still wouldnt charge back up with cold temps.

Abandoning their EV’s to get a ride home from a gas vehicle.

This EV bulls... has to be the biggest pack of lies our government is trying to feed us. Wish they would mind their own business and do what they are supposed to do..running the country! Not our personal lives and telling us what is good for us. All these losers need to be replaced including the ones trying to get into office now! They just don't get it.

This is just a case of dumb people being dumb. It’s not remotely a secret that EVs suffer in the cold but it seems like everyone thinks it won’t happen to them. And honestly, cold weather is the least of the problems when it comes to EVs, but who gives a crap! I still get annoyed with people who don’t understand that driving an automatic is just riding, while a manual
transmission is driving.

i got my first ever automatic transmission car last year. i still try to push in the "clutch" sometimes. muscle memory is slow to fade after more than 30 years driving a manual. 😄

I have the same issue with my Mini. My Porsche is manual and doesn’t like low revs, so by the time I remember to push the clutch in I’m stalled. And the nice bonus with the Porsche is that you have to turn the key all the way back to off before you can restart it. I remind myself of this every time I cross a train track!

I think it will take a complete failure of the EV concept/market. The infrastructure for hydrogen is even more complex then electric and when people think hydrogen, they think this -

Funny story … my folks buy a 1960’s home on the Florida coast to retire back in 1998. House has a master bath in all Peach color. Peach porcelain sink, tub and toilet. Guest bath the same except for Light Blue color. Gawd awful colors.
Parents remodel the house in 2010 and dad insists that the Peach and Powder Blue toilets must stay as they are the 5 gallon old school and he wants a “royal flush” and not the new 1 gallon BS. Told contractor to decorate/ remodel around them 🤣🤣🤣🤣
