Not true. All unintended discharges are negligent. And in all situations I can think of except natural disaster/act of god stuff, there is always at least one negligent party in an auto accident.It’s intentional in that said yute intentionally pointed gun at wall and pulled trigger (intentionally). It’s accidental that someone was shot as said yute had zero knowledge that someone was on the other side of the wall.
Contrary to popular opinions, there “can” be accidental discharges with firearms, they are not “all” negligent.
Unless of course “all” automobile accidents “are” negligent because the driver was consciously engaged in the various actions of driving.
