Man Cleaning Gun Kills Stranger at WV Gas Station

It’s intentional in that said yute intentionally pointed gun at wall and pulled trigger (intentionally). It’s accidental that someone was shot as said yute had zero knowledge that someone was on the other side of the wall.

Contrary to popular opinions, there “can” be accidental discharges with firearms, they are not “all” negligent.

Unless of course “all” automobile accidents “are” negligent because the driver was consciously engaged in the various actions of driving.
Not true. All unintended discharges are negligent. And in all situations I can think of except natural disaster/act of god stuff, there is always at least one negligent party in an auto accident.

So if I have a manufacturers mechanical failure (think how many major recalls come months/years after a vehicle is being sold) in my auto I cannot control, that’s negligence? Or better yet, if I have an unexpected/previously undiagnosed fatal stroke/heart attack while driving, that would be negligence?

When a P320 discharges in a holster from weeks/months of being jostled/bumped/whacked while remaining holstered, that would be negligence?

We’ll just have to agree to disagree.

Indeed we will. A stroke is an act of god thing, a manufacturers defect is negligence on the part of the manufacturer and the 320 doesn’t go off unless something pushes the trigger. Even if I agreed with you about the P320 it’s still negligence. Either by Sig or by you, who should have known better than to carry one.
