Spokane Valley split from Spokane a few years ago, but the urban sprawl only has a slight break at the state-line/river area at the Cabelas exit.
Last summer I was at Fairchild AFB and they're enlarging the interstate thru Post Falls into Spokane Valley.
On the ID side they're building alot of high-density housing north of Post Falls up into the Rathdrum Prairie.
The CDA sprawl is spreading north along 95 towards Sandpoint, and I'm sure there's plans to widen it going north.
Might want to stick to the ID side since the

-heads in Puget Sound passed Kalifornia-level oppressive gun control laws, which the east-side WA residents can't stand.
Since OR is about the same we're getting alot of expats from both, but they're driving up our COL situation here.
