Sniper fire in North Idaho on Firefighters

There's ALOT more than when I lived in the general area in the early 90's.

CDA, Post Falls, Spokane Valley & Spokane are almost one whole mero area except for the river/state line.
They predicted a Twin Cities merger a long time ago, also. If you have been to Liberty Lake in the last 10-15 years the place is an urbanized mess. For lake living I'd go to Sacheen, Diamond (although that was getting built up too, or I might consider a place on the shores of the Pend Orielle river if I could affords it.

Spokane Valley split from Spokane a few years ago, but the urban sprawl only has a slight break at the state-line/river area at the Cabelas exit.

Last summer I was at Fairchild AFB and they're enlarging the interstate thru Post Falls into Spokane Valley.

On the ID side they're building alot of high-density housing north of Post Falls up into the Rathdrum Prairie.

The CDA sprawl is spreading north along 95 towards Sandpoint, and I'm sure there's plans to widen it going north.

Might want to stick to the ID side since the :poop:-heads in Puget Sound passed Kalifornia-level oppressive gun control laws, which the east-side WA residents can't stand.

Since OR is about the same we're getting alot of expats from both, but they're driving up our COL situation here.

You're right. If I ever did make the move I'd stay on the ID side.
