Thanks Texascalled a friend of mine that lives there, but didn't answer his phone. hopefully he'll call or text me back
He had slipped my mind… but you’re right, I haven’t seen him either. Hope he hasn’t pulled a BobM.nmedge, but haven't seen hide nor hair of him in quite some time
Ah, he might’ve been the one some time ago that disagreed with having had a post deleted. That's happened several times. Maybe too political (vitriolic) or too personal (ad hominem) or some such…Nmedge quit the forum on his own accord and asked to have his account closed a while back. I don't know why he wanted to close his account but he requested it.
He resigned from the forum.nmedge, but haven't seen hide nor hair of him in quite some time
i thought tularosa had the museum as you went in from ruidoso on 70, but then again it's been 30+ years since i've been toward there.I don't know a lot of places in New Mexico but I have spent a good bit of time in Cloudcroft. They have a main street area with craft shops, several really good "cowboy cafes", and a really good craft beer pizza place. Look for Big Daddy's cafe and the Dusty Boots cafe. There is also a swanky hotel resort with a golf course. The people are very friendly. Nearby Alamagordo has a space museum and white sands. The highway from Cloudcroft to Alamogordo is very scenic.
