I still visit the desert every week or so while hitting the treadmill…good warm up/cool down tempo!



Excellent, my walks are slower and hopefully shorter but I do rise and shine around 4:30 am and start my workout. I try to do 3 to 5 days a week. Bed time is about 11 pm,hands of time have really slowed me down but that's life.
