Excellent, my walks are slower and hopefully shorter but I do rise and shine around 4:30 am and start my workout. I try to do 3 to 5 days a week. Bed time is about 11 pm,hands of time have really slowed me down but that's life.

I am friends with Dan Peek's brother. I went to Dan's funeral. They are from a small town about 40 miles south of here.

For those who don't know, Dan is the guy in the middle in that America video.
