Looks like about $400 more or so, on average, than similar sized/outfitted Glocks…though I’ll admit I didn’t do a ton of research to find the cheapest online price as I would if I were interested in one.Y’all should try a Shadow Systems next time at the local range/gun store just sayin. And yes I think the names goofy but the pistols feel good in the hand and shoot well.
Correct they are More expensive than a Glock. My justification for extra coin was the following:Looks like about $400 more or so, on average, than similar sized/outfitted Glocks…though I’ll admit I didn’t do a ton of research to find the cheapest online price as I would if I were interested in one.
I’ve pretty much moved back to DA/SA hammer fired and revolvers. Last three strikers I have left are a G23.5 MOS, G27.5, and a Hellcat RDP. I suspect eventually the Glocks will get traded in on something and I’ll keep the Hellcat for it’s micro size, though it could go too since I picked up an FN Reflex MRD (hammer fired SA with safety).Correct they are More expensive than a Glock. My justification for extra coin was the following:
Multi optic direct mount no plate unless you use a mailbox optic like the Steiner or Aimpoint ect.
Better trigger and flat faced.
The frame and slide on the premium models has all of the slide cuts and frame work done to it instead of sending it off for undercuts and the optional grip change that changes the angles. Bu the time you send a Glock off to have the same work your at or over the price of a Shadow Systems Elite model and in some cases the Combat models.
The combat models have the same frame cuts at the higher grade models just no slide work and is the same price as a new Glock.
You have a Glock 19 with a shorter grip?I’m a Glock curmudgeon and I don’t get it.
Just buy a Glock 19.

Or a 26 with a long grip?You have a Glock 19 with a shorter grip?
LOL, whomever you shoot will not be concerned about what the gun looks like. THAT is the reason I don't go shopping for "pretty" guns, they cost a lot more and do not do any better service. That is one ugly gun
Didn't make what? The 26X??Too bad Glock didn't make this, if they had I'd buy one.
Correct.Didn't make what? The 26X??
This is not a factory Glock pistol. It's a Glock Store pistol, not Glock Inc. They may be using some Glock factory parts.Didn't make what? The 26X??
It's a beautiful black gun. That is one ugly gun
The X series Glocks make no sense to me. The butt is the hard part to hide, not the BBL. So I cut my Glock 19 grip frame down to 26 dimensions back in the day when you had to buy a custom slide from Suarez to get a RMR mount. Works great for me. Stock 19 on the right. In the winter when it is easier to hide a big iron, I use the full size grip frame on the TSD upper.

The concept of the “Glock 26X” has been around for a while and is a favorite “hack” of the 80 percenters and 3D printing enthusiasts. The issue is that the G43X, while a great gun, is somewhat snappy due to its short grip. Additionally, aftermarket magazines that increase the capacity to 15+1 shots can sometimes compromise performance.
Enter the G26X, which combines the best features of the Glock 43X, 19, and 26 into one ideal EDC handgun.
