I’m pretty sure that’s the chamber end of the barrel assembly for a M3/M3A1 Grease Gun.
I watched one get torn down at my range a several years ago…a local PD had one, and the chief (range president) brought it out, and let anyone with .45 ammo shoot it.

This is my current situation right now. wIll post some more glamour shots later. But now I have myself wondering….has the XDMAN bitten off more than he can chew? Who the hell designed that cocking lever, and will it ever go back together? Only shedding some tears, several smooshed fingers and time will tell! More to follow!

Reassembly Instructions:
1) Carefully but firmly insert the JiggerMaThingy into the ComoSayYamma.
2) With your left hand, hold the two aforementioned parts together while using your right hand to take a swig of your cocktail.

The cocking lever is a POS! At least on the one I carried, you had to point the muzzle at the sky to get it to engage. Why the M1A1 was made…
