Does anyone know what type of sight this is?

Hi. Hoping that I can find a wise oracle to help guide me with figuring out what type of sight this is? I reached out to Springfield Armory (who make the handgun) and they told me it was a Novak sight and sent me a replacement screw but, turns out, it is not a Novak sight.
I have a 1911 Springfield Armory .45cal Marine Corp Operator and the rear sight screw has fallen out at some point over the past few months making the gun basically a paperweight. I am attaching a picture of a close up the rear markings which are identical to the ones on the front sight. If you can help, please do. Thanks for any advice!!!!

Did you give them the serial number? If it’s a stock gun, all original, then they should know what was installed on it, does look like a Novak site.

take your metric and standard sized allen wrenches with you to the local hardware store....they usually have sales people to help...

you would need SEVERAL seeing eye dogs, metal detectors, and the US Coast Guard, to find help at Lowes or Home Depot. (my recent trips to BOTH stores proves that)

buy several of the size you need, it will be cheap enough and might come in handy for other sights
 
That is a dovetail Novak cut, but the sights could be from any number of companies each way or may not have the same set screw. Usually those are so tight you can't beat them out.

I mentioned that in my post, but took that part out, after all, who am I??
