What an experience at the gun shop. Don’t think I’ll go there again.

Ok here is the latest update. Yes the gun shop I went to screwed up my Glock blue label order (I have heard that they are good for doing it). I did tell the employee a Glock 22 which he thought the 22lr not the .40 full size and I confronted him about it on the paperwork which I got attitude (another thing this shop is good for). If I knew this prior to going, I would have stayed away. Now I will have another conversation about rejecting the firearm and have an attitude because they can’t do their job correctly.

Did I learn anything? Yes I did and that is do my homework better or stick with what I have been doing. Yes I know I paid for the firearm but I expect better service if I have to preorder a Glock Blue Label. I did email Glock to see what they got to say and they said it’s on them.

So that’s what is up. I’m also thankful I have a good range that will help me out too.
shows they know nothing about glock numbers...........so, do they think the 44 is a 44special/mag then! or a 44-40

I'm still confused. Did you have no chance to hold the gun in your hand before they started filling out paperwork?

I mean I don't own a Glock 22 but I do want to Glock 44 and a couple of other blocks on 19, of 43 and a 26. And I could pick up the Glock 44 blindfolded and no it's not one of the other locks.

The 44 is noticeably lighter than similar sized Glocks

Autocorrect is not our friend 🤨😆
Confused 😬

Well I learned a lesson today about Glock and the gun shop I was at. I went to use my GSSF certificate for a Glock 22 and got the 44 which is the one calibered in 22lr. I tried to tell them and the conversation went bad. I ended up doing the paperwork but I’m thinking about getting a hold of Glock.
you do realize the GSSF certificate is for a "Blue Label" Glock, that, military and police buy...??...at reduced pricings?

and frankly too, the stores don't have to see it for what the Blue Label prices are, they can still "add on" store markups for that profit margin. the GSSF retail pricing, is only a suggestion, not etched into stone........then too, taxes still apply, FFL fee's etc.....

also too, they might not have all the Glocks in stock, that are a "Blue Label", and maybe the klutz behind the counter is unaware of "Blue Label".....???

i have bought 2 Glocks (G-21 and a G-30) with that GSSF certificate, and i can assure you, neither one was sold at GSSF suggested retail......i think each was like $50.00 more than the pricing list....but still lower then non GSSF bought guns to customers with out that certificate.

They have a blue label long slide 9mm Anni gun at the LGS i keep drooling over. he ask if i was ever in the military, i said well i don't think so but been in three wars. The cave wars of 10,000 years BC, the war of 1812. i was at the gates of doom for the 300 spartans, there was actually 301. i was sittin on a bluff above chunkin rocks at the Persians. well anyway they didn't believe me so no Anni gun came home

I totally understand. I blew off the first 2 coupons from GSSF because I went a different direction for those 2 years. This time I would like to get the G22 Gen 5 bare bones which is only blue label. I talked to my range and worked something out.

GSSF membership has that option. Here’s the link on it works-

Yes autocorrect hates me.

I mean I don't own a Glock 22 but I do OWN A Glock 44 and a couple of other GLOCKS. A 19 a 43 and a 26. I could pick up the Glock 44 blindfolded and  KNOW it's not one of the other GLOCKS

I would let the whole world know how incompetent they are. Good luck trying to get them to do anything for you. What a bunch of bozo's.
Well my bank knows since I called them up to dispute the charge. My range just picked up a new customer for guns. Yes it might be a little more expensive but better customer service.
