Well so much for waiting. I purchased the Smith Shield X. Price was too good to ignore. Might be here Friday. Since the Hellcat sold and the Reflex crapped out I wanted one in this size and have had good luck with the Shield series of handguns. I still will carry the G19 also. I actually like it.

And a totally gay purchase, just call me sweetcheeks. pics do not look like the gun color. a weird green. never seen a smith this color before. gun is used and came with 5 mags. it has been shot very little.

I'm not gay and I like the color. It's better than turd brown. The Shield EZ is a good firearm it just has a limited magazine capacity

@TEXASforLIFE On sale for $980:

Century/MKE AP53, with a haul from HKparts, not sure of the final direction just yet.

The trigger pack is now a post sample machine gun. The bolt was sent to get a removable trip installed so the host is only an SBR. And if I ever get rid of my license I can keep the host.

Thinking I like the wood look, I want to do that to one of my HK style guns. You can cut the G3 handguard to fit so it would look vintage. Or I could go modern all Magpul, or even classic milspec green. Decisions, Decisions, Decisions, now I need a shorty 308.

Next project a Rossi Brawler single shot break open action. I know, you probably saying….lame!

But hear me out this a 300blk pistol, that I SBRed. Then an adapter from farrow tech, an Amazon, picatinny stock, a new forend (on the way), a bipod, scope and a comically large suppressor and this this should be super duper quiet 🤫. I am also thinking this might be the perfect project for my Napa 4003 fuel filter suppressor project.

Cheapster alert 🚨 I have ordered a couple airsoft picatinny stocks and these are legit. Why are they selling a similar stock from S corp for hundreds of dollars? This cost me 70 bucks and is great. The complaint reviews on Amazon are from idiots. These pic stocks even name brand are short stocks/braces, and even the name brand ones costing 4 times as much are hard to open when locked.

Also added a radar chronograph to replace my old school shooting chrony, remember the folding metal tin box with sticks.
