They are the same as the HC, just a little taller.
I will second the TFX Pro. I upgraded the sights on a CZ P-01 I had to those. Excellent glow. I had the 3 dot variant though and not the U

I had the HCP and actually liked the irons on them. The only problem with the HCP was the thinness of it. I loved shooting it but after a while with big hands it just wasn’t working.

Not an XDm but I am having the rear sight on my Ronin switched to a Wilson Battlesight. For my use and eyes I believe the .145 wide slot will work out better for me. SA is doing the remove and replace and it will stay with the stock front fiber optic unless a higher front is needed to zero. In that case they will put the a different front on too.
I got the Wilson rear and a Dawson front ( Dawson is same height as the stock SA sight) for little more than shipping. They were originally installed on a TRP then removed when teh TRP was milled for a red dot.

Personally it does take some getting used too.
2 week and two day turnaround from Springfield. Wilson Battlesight rear installed and fired for POI, Needed a higher front as expected and the only one they had available in the correct height was a night sight with an orange ring similar to the OP. I was told the front is like what comes on an Operator except orange instead if white ring.
