I bet you a shinny quarter she was referring to anyone carrying WITHOUT a permit. Remember shes from NY where until Heller it was unheard of to have a carry permit.

A lot of states dont have reciprocity for carry permits, so if you really wanna get excited start pushing for that. If youre married in Utah, youre still married when you visit Vegas AND you Virginia drivers license is still good in Arizona

BUT; if you take up permanent residence in Arizona you don't need to get married again BUT you do have to possibly take a test and get an Arizona license within a certain amount of time,

Just asking for a friend, but why do we carry at all? I carry to protect myself and others. I carry everywhere it is legal to carry, including on public streets.

Couple weeks ago on a Saturday I went into a good burger joint for lunch, I ate and chatted for an hour. Went outside and about a hundred + people were in front protesting with signs. A few LEs were there. I didn't even think of the 9mm I had. Didn't give it a thought. I stood in a parking lot watching for a few minutes and left.

Now, what if there had been a bad guy at that protest with a gun who decided to use it randomly, what if all the LEs were on one side of the crowd and a shooter was in the rear, away from LE, then what?

I don't protest but if I did, I certainly wouldn't harass LE, obstruct them, I wouldn't give them any reason to go after me. Follow instructions of LE. No laws broken the LEs have no reason to try to bust me for a ride. I expect the LEs to be professional, well trained and reasonable, obviously that's not always the case anymore when they hire thousands and in 2 or 3 weeks they hit the streets as commissioned officers.

It's good to know that you would not cross state lines to obstruct law enforcement operations like many paid agitators do.

According to the info on the ICE recruiting page, the agents receive 5 weeks of Spanish language and 13 weeks of training at FLETC (Glynco).


Further research revealed "alleged" current agents complaining a bit because the training has been shortened to 8 weeks in the effort to speed up the ERO efforts.

I say "alleged" only because anybody can say anything on the internet.

If you read the first part of the article she stated license or no license….

NOT TRUE, if you're a "celebrity ", a NY CCP is possible, both Trump, and Sean Hannity had them from the Empire State.......

All that matters is you status......

Yep I saw that. Still, she did try to back step her comments so Im guessing she didnt mean lawfully carrying OR perhaps if you bring a gun with the intent to commit a crime (as in the difference between LAWFULLY protesting VS intending to interfere with PD/ICE.

Ultimately if its concealed then no one will know until theres a problem.
 
While D.C. ( along with several other jurisdictions) recognize no other Permits , you CAN get a D.C. Non Resident Permit.

Compared to Free America, it's onerous. But actually easier and less expensive than NY , NJ , most of California, Illinois, etc

This administration is not pro-2A. It only took the bump stock fiasco to prove that. Now? This administration also had 4 years to plan who to put in these posts.

Who would’ve thought we’d have 40+ former Fox News anchors in those roles today ….. for f@cks sake ……

NO! She is telling people that if they break the law they will go to jail. I may not like the law, I may think it is unconstitutional, I may wonder why this woman is pointing out guns, and don't trust her as far as I could through a fat man in a phone booth, BUT she is just telling you she will enforce the law. Isn't that what most of us want from Blue States, to enforce the law. Equally would be nice, but baby steps.
