Well thats simple...what causes it, is they didnt see all the ones before them get castrated by the first victims father.
I do think we have allowed the over sexualization of young kids, especially girls with even Halloween costumes depicting slutty dress to look like a pop star and kids beauty contests. I recall elementary school kids dress like Britney Spears in the 90s and that turned out so well
