V10 Ultra Compact Grip Screw Bushing Issue

I have a V10 Ultra Compact that I'm attempting to switch out the grip screw bushings on so I can use thin grips.
The bottom 2 came out with no issues, but the top 2 just spin and spin. I've tried using the Challis 1911 Bushing Extractor, heating the old bushings... No dice. They just spin.

Any suggestions on the best way to get these things out?

can you determine if they were staked? Not certain if that would contribute to your issue though.
It's really hard to see in there, but I'm beginning to wonder about that myself.
I'm going to 'sacrifice' a screwdriver and make a bend in it to see if I can apply outward pressure from inside the frame as I use the tool on the top side to try to unscrew it.

you might could reach though from the rear and use a tool hold it just enough to be able to loosen it.
if the op cannot cannot get a flat, long enough tool in the magazine well, then a small vice grip, can lock onto the bushing, and then slightly pull up on the bushing while unscrewing it.

that too, puts pressure onto the bushing.
