And they often act frustrated when I have to ask them several times to repeat themselves because I didn't understand them...Like it's my fault.Just got the phone with Best Buy trying to set an appointment for my a/v system that isn't working. Talking about a a cluster f***, pita call trying to understand a Geek Squad agent from God knows where. After talking to three different agents finally got one I could understand. Guessing Best Buy is an American company why in the hell can't I talk to someone that speaks fluent English?
